YouTube Live Subscriber Count
Type any YouTube channel to see its subscribers, total views and video count update every minute in big, live counters. Switch to Subscriber race to put two channels head to head and watch the gap between them.
Numbers come from YouTube and refresh every minute. YouTube rounds public subscriber counts to the first three digits, so the subscriber number moves in steps; total views update more often. How the live counter works
Every minute the counter asks YouTube for the channel’s latest public numbers and rolls the digits to the new value. Subscribers, total views and the number of videos come straight from YouTube, so you see the same figures YouTube shows on the channel page.
YouTube rounds public subscriber counts to their first three digits. A channel with 345,678,123 subscribers shows as 345,000,000, so the subscriber number moves in steps. Total views are counted more precisely and change more often, which makes them the better number to watch for live movement.
How to use the subscriber race
Pick Subscriber race, enter two channels and press Go live. The page shows both counters side by side, who is leading, the exact gap between them and each channel’s share of the combined total. Copy the link to share the race: it opens with the same two channels for anyone you send it to.
Turn the numbers into growth
A live count tells you where a channel is. To see why it grows, open the YouTube channel analyzer: typical views per video, Shorts versus long videos, the best day to upload, which titles get more views and an AI growth plan.
FAQ
Is this YouTube live subscriber count free?
Yes. It’s free with no sign-up and no limit on how long you watch.
Why doesn’t the subscriber number change every second?
YouTube rounds public subscriber counts to the first three digits, so the number only moves when the channel crosses the next step. Sites that tick every second show an estimate, not YouTube’s number.
How often does the count update?
Every minute, automatically, while the page is open.
Can I compare two YouTube channels live?
Yes. Choose Subscriber race, enter two channels and share the link so others can watch the same race.
Do I need to log in with YouTube?
No. The counter only uses public numbers from YouTube.
