Data Deletion

You can delete the data Pixtale Growth holds about you at any time, in any of these ways.

1. Disconnect inside Pixtale Growth

Go to Settings → Connected accounts and select Disconnect next to Instagram. This immediately deletes your Instagram access token and cached Instagram data.

2. Remove Pixtale Growth from Instagram

In the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or Accounts Center → Apps and websites), find Pixtale Growth and select Remove. Instagram notifies us and we delete your token and cached data automatically.

3. Email us

Email arvind.vfx27@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Pixtale Growth email or Instagram username. We’ll delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your Instagram access token, cached profile, posts, insights and audience data, and your Pixtale Growth account details if you ask us to delete the account.
