Pixtale Growth is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses involved.

How your plan is delivered

Your paid plan is activated instantly on the Pixtale Growth account you were logged in with when you paid. You can start using it right away at thepixtale.com from any device, anywhere in the world.

Delays

Activation normally takes a few seconds. If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us with your payment ID and registered email and we will activate it manually.
