By using Pixtale Growth you agree to these terms.
The service
Pixtale Growth shows analytics for Instagram and YouTube accounts you connect, plus public information about public Business and Creator accounts. Some features are part of a paid Plus plan.
Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload the service, scrape it, or use it to harass or profile private individuals. Public lookups are for public Business and Creator accounts only.
Third-party platforms
Instagram and YouTube data comes from their official APIs and is subject to their terms. If a platform stops providing a metric, we can’t show it. Pixtale Growth is not affiliated with Meta or Google.
Accuracy
We show data as provided by the platforms. Calculated figures, such as engagement rate, and AI recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of results.
Paid plans
Plus and Pro are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay. In India, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period using the UPI AutoPay or card mandate you approve at checkout, at the price shown when you subscribed; you’ll be notified by Razorpay before each charge. You can turn off auto-renewal any time from your account page, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.
Ending use
You can disconnect accounts or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
