Ordering & products
Do I need to upload a photo for every product?
Custom storybooks, custom colouring books and photo frames need a photo. Ready-made colouring books (Diwali, Numbers, ABC) ship as they are, and stickers can include a photo if you like.
What is the difference between ready-made and custom colouring books?
Ready-made books are already designed and ship straight away. Custom books are drawn by our team after you order, using your child’s photo, and we send you a preview before printing.
Is the AI video story included?
It’s optional. You can add one AI video story to any storybook — digital, softcover or hardcover — or skip it.
What frame sizes do you offer?
A4, 8×10, 12×16 and 16×20 inches, in black, white or natural wood.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo with your child’s face visible and looking toward the camera.
Delivery, payment & offers
How long does delivery take?
Digital items arrive by email and WhatsApp within 2–3 days of approving your preview. Printed items are dispatched within 5–7 business days of approval and usually arrive 3–7 business days later.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery (printed items only) and PayPal for international orders.
How do discount codes work?
Enter the code at checkout and press Apply. Our offers change with the seasons, so keep an eye on the home page banner. One code can be used per order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order for free any time before you approve your preview. After that we start printing, so it can no longer be cancelled. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we will remake it or refund you.
Privacy
Are my photos safe?
Yes. Your child’s photo is used only to make your order and is deleted automatically from our database 10 days after you order. We never share or sell your photos.
